Grade 304 stainless steel offers an excellent balance of formability, weldability, and corrosion resistance. It is the most widely used austenitic stainless steel grade, ideal for general-purpose heat exchanger components where resistance to oxidation and mild chemical exposure is required. Its cold rolled finish ensures a smooth, uniform surface that enhances heat transfer efficiency.

Designed for elevated temperature service, 310S stainless steel maintains superior oxidation resistance up to 1100°C. Its high chromium (24-26%) and nickel (19-22%) content provide outstanding creep strength and resistance to thermal cycling, making it the preferred choice for furnace components, heat treatment equipment, and high-temperature heat exchangers.

904L is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel with exceptional resistance to reducing acids such as sulfuric, phosphoric, and acetic acids. Its high molybdenum and copper content deliver superior pitting and crevice corrosion resistance, making it ideal for chemical processing heat exchangers, seawater cooling systems, and demanding industrial environments.

Hastelloy C276 is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium superalloy offering unmatched resistance to a wide range of aggressive chemical media. It withstands stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in the most severe environments, including flue gas desulfurization systems, chemical reactors, and high-temperature heat exchangers handling chlorinated media.

• BA Finish: Bright annealed finish providing superior reflectivity and cleanliness, perfect for pharmaceutical and food-grade applications.
• NO.1 Finish: Hot rolled, annealed, and pickled – suitable for industrial heat exchangers where surface aesthetics are secondary to performance.
• NO.3 / NO.4 Finish: Brushed finishes offering a uniform, directional grain for architectural and visible components.
• 8K / HL Finish: Mirror and hairline finishes for premium aesthetic requirements.
